Refund policy
REFUND POLICY
We are sure you'll love your Rum'un sportswear pieces. If you are not satisfied with your item we will happily refund your items provided you meet the relevant Refund criteria.
Refund Criteria:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery date.
- No final sale or clearance items
- Items unworn
- No deodorant marks, makeup stains, fluff or odours.
- Original tags included.
- Socks can be returns as long as the original packaging is unopened.
- Packing slip or receipt must be included. If you have misplaces this please ensure your order number, name and items are listed on paper and included in your return parcel.

Exceptions / non-refundable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned/refunded. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. Please note if you used a discount on your order, you are still eligible for a refund given you meet the relevant criteria.
Damages or wrong item
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at Rumunsportswear@gmail.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exchanges
Rum'un Sportswear does not currently offer exchanges on items. We will happily refund your item given it meets our Refund Policy Criteria.
The fastest way to ensure you get your hands on the item you are after is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
