SUBMIT A RETURN

To submit a return please ensure your return abides by our Refund Policy. Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in original condition, unused, unworn and with original packaging. The original invoice must be included with your return as proof of purchase. Please note we will only cover the cost of your return if the product is faulty. If a product is returned and does not abide by our refund policy conditions, you will responsible for the cost of shipping the item/s back. 

If you received a faulty item, or have any questions about your return please contact rumunsportswear@gmail.com prior to returning your item/s so we can clarify and questions you may have regarding your order.

Your email provides us with the information we require to process your refund when the parcel arrived back to us in the mail. We will not respond to this email unless you have any specific questions and you can now post your return back to us. Please include your item/s, tags and original invoice inside the return parcel. Once your return is received, reviewed and we confirm it passes the quality and compliance check, your refund will be processed.
